The factory is equipped with advanced technology which enables us to produce an excellent range of soft cheeses. Mark Rubin, with more than 27 years of experience in cheese making, under guidance of soft cheese specialist, David Mitchell from Edinburg, Scotland, managed to establish traditional recipes that is making Farm Hill Dairy a fast and upcoming, award winning brand in the SA cheese industry.
